Each day we divide the children into three groups according to ability. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. There are typically 10 - 12 children in each group. The groups work on set repertoire before choosing their favourite pieces for the final concert. Last year we worked on pieces by Vivaldi, Mozart, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, as well as music from the shows. Each day we come together to form a larger orchestra with parts specially written so that everyone can play together!
